What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, session details and your message. Our website also uses standard analytics to understand which pages are helpful.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, schedule and deliver your photography, and send occasional updates about availability and offers if you opt in. Inquiry data is stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel).

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you check the box to receive text messages, Snaps by Sammie Photography may send you SMS messages about your inquiry, booking and session. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (CRM, email, gallery hosting, payment processing) and only as needed to do that work.

Photos

All photographs are copyright Sammie O'Neal. Client galleries are private. We ask permission before using your images for marketing, and you can say no.

Your choices

Email sammie@snapsbysammie.com to access, update or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing.
